With 9 years of leading design teams and 15 years in event management, I bring a unique blend of operational organization and creative leadership to every project.

Most recently, I managed an international team of nine artists—including graphic designers, digital artists, and photographers—guiding projects from concept through completion while supporting each team member’s growth and success.

Over nine years, I built my department’s organizational system. I created design request templates, file structures, project naming logs, and training materials— including photography standards, designer onboarding documents, and brand guidelines.

Creating this kind of structure allows my team to focus on great creative work while ensuring that every colleague who collaborates with us has a clear, efficient path to success.
